“For late-arriving travelers, individually allocated lockboxes provide after-hours room-key pickup when arrangements are made on the day of check-in. In-room kitchenettes include a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and toaster. However, thin walls and windows transmit conversations and snoring from neighboring rooms.”
